These units are delivered without software and without parameters written; the unit needs to be parameterized (system paratameters to be written) in an authorised workshop, entering the appropiate vehicle parameters. The customer assumes the responsibility to collaborate with a service in order to parameterize the purchased unit. The customer understands that seller will not perform any services related to the Product and acknowledges and confirms that the Customer is solely responsible to perform such services. In case that the workshop called by the customer cannot parameterize the unit for any reason, the customer cannot make a warranty claim and cannot return the gearbox control unit.
